Yo, Coach G here with another short supplement post today.
Today, we are going to talk briefly about how BCAA’s can help with multiple training session days. A problem many athletes and sports enthusiast face.
Quick Intro
On this page, we have talked in depth before about the benefits of BCAA supplementation for athletes, weightlifters, and physically active people in general. Though there is something that we, and many others, haven’t really touched on too much, and that is the benefits of using BCAA’s on multiple workout training days.
Why We Recommend BCAA's for Multiple Training Sessions
If your an athlete, or any active person in general, who lifts, trains, or practices more than once a day, you may want to listen up, because this applies to you.
If you’ve seen our other post, than you already know how BCAA’s help with recovery, but you may not have realized that the effect of the “recovery” can happen within hours.
Not full muscular recovery (Of Course), but Amino Acid restoration. If you’ve ever, for example, Lifted in the morning and then gone to practice in the afternoon feeling weak/empty, its likely due to a lack of muscular recovery 1, but also a lack of micronutrients and amino acids that can come from BCAA’s, whole foods, and electrolyte supplementation.
Admittedly that is not an exact science, but I haven’t had my coffee yet so that’s all you really need to know. Anyone who has ever used a good BCAA supplement between training sessions, however, can definitely testify that they felt the effects of BCAA supplementation. Feeling lighter, more energetic, and more recovered than if they hadn’t taken the supplement.

Disclaimer + Product Recommendation
While we don’t believe here on GearAffiliate that fitness supplementation is necessary, we definitely know that it can aid in performance, and there is no better example of that then between BCAA’s and multiple training sessions in one day.
Below, I will leave a link and product box to the product that we recommend that beginners start out with, As well as an additional link to a post that explains more about BCAA supplementation, if you are curious.
